Quantum features quality strata industrial units plus a huge number of onsite car spaces, and together with undercover loading areas and functional mezzanine offices, this saw the complex sell much quicker than anticipated.

 Sales at Quantum started out slowly and built up momentum throughout the selling campaign as the market in general went through a recovery.  All units within the complex were sold to owner occupiers except for two, which is extremely rare in the Castle Hill market, which generally sees 50% of sales going to investors.  The ground level initially attracted little interest from purchasers.  However, Storage King committed to 11 units on the ground level, which created demand for the remaining units, and saw them sold quickly.  Unit sizes within Quantum range from 196sqm to 560sqm
